Purpose of the site
The stonesandheritage.ch website is an editorial presentation site for historic homes of character in Switzerland, operated by Stones & Heritage Sàrl. It is not a booking or payment platform.
Role of Stones & Heritage
Stones & Heritage connects interested travellers with owners of residences listed on third-party platforms (Airbnb, Booking, Abritel, and others). For each presented residence, links redirect to the platform(s) where it is listed.
No financial transaction is made on this site. The availability calendars displayed are synchronised from the platforms via the iCal format and provided for information only.
Booking and payment
All bookings and payments are made exclusively on the chosen third-party platform. The applicable general terms and conditions are those of the platform and the particular terms defined by the owner of the residence.
Stones & Heritage is not a party to the rental contract concluded between the traveller and the owner. As such, we cannot be held responsible for:
- the accuracy of the information displayed in real time on the site (prices, availability, equipment)
- the execution of the stay or the quality of the accommodation
- any disputes between the traveller and the owner or the platform
Service availability
We do everything possible to ensure the availability of the site, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance operations, updates or technical incidents may cause temporary interruptions.

The site contains links to booking platforms and other third-party sites. Stones & Heritage exercises no control over the content of these sites and declines all responsibility for their content, availability or practices.
Modification of terms
Stones & Heritage reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. The applicable terms are those in force at the time of your visit to the site.
Applicable law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Swiss law. Any dispute shall be heard by the competent courts of the Canton of Neuchâtel.
